📖 30-Second Guide: How to use this handbook

Every recommendation uses the same ledger. You only answer four questions:

  1. What does it cost? Money, time, willpower, or permanent loss of principal?
  2. What does it return? Long-run real return, lower volatility, tax savings, or avoiding going to zero?
  3. How strong is the evidence? [A] authoritative stats / top journals / official docs | [B] single studies / institutional reports | [C] reasonable inference / regulations
  4. Where is it from? Journals, official documents, and regulatory bodies are the primary basis; a few background facts draw on authoritative media. No unverifiable self-media or marketing accounts.
Evidence A · authoritative stats / top journals / official docs Evidence B · single studies / institutional reports Evidence C · reasonable inference / regulations Three-Zero · money/time/will all cost 0—do these first, eyes closed

Usage: search by keyword at the top, filter by evidence grade and cost dimensions (money / time / will / benefit), or hit "Three-Zero Only" to dig out the highest cost-performance moves. Under any entry, "📋 Copy citation" copies the full source; "🔗 Copy link" sends just that entry to a friend.

"Three-Zero" = money and time cost 0, willpower cost "no"—the highest cost-performance moves to do first, eyes closed.
